The FCAR FD-505M is a professional-grade suspended wheel alignment system built for modern workshops that demand speed, accuracy, and ease of use. With fully upgraded hardware and self-developed software, the FD-505M delivers a faster and more streamlined alignment experience from start to finish.

Fully Updated Hardware

At the heart of the FD-505M is an independent external industrial computer, completely separate from the camera module. This separation simplifies daily troubleshooting and data transmission while delivering stronger, more stable performance. The computer features a 300Mbps built-in WiFi router, 3 high-gain 5dB antennas, an enhanced Intel CPU and GPU, and 4G DDR4 RAM with a 128G SSD.
The redesigned camera module is significantly lighter and more compact, making it easier for technicians to install on the car lift. It houses 5 HD industrial cameras, 3 high-precision 0.02% anti-distortion lenses, LED infrared fill lighting, and USB 3.0 fast data transmission for improved image accuracy and speed.
The included FCAR Android tablet features an 8-inch 1280×800 IPS display, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, a 3.7V/10000mAh battery, and 4G RAM + 64G ROM. Its mobile form factor makes real-time data monitoring and chassis adjustment more convenient than working from a traditional desktop computer.

Self-Developed Software with Continuous Updates

FCAR’s proprietary alignment software is built on years of in-house algorithm development, going beyond the limitations of conventional wheel aligners. An integrated online activation and update system ensures users always have access to the latest vehicle database, software fixes, and feature improvements.
When paired with the included TR-100 tire tread scanner and pressure gauge, the system captures real-time tread depth and tire pressure data, feeding it directly into the tablet for a more precise alignment result. Upon completion, the FD-505M generates a comprehensive all-in-one report covering tire wear, chassis condition, and full measurement data — ready to print or share via email.
The software supports more than 13 languages and includes regional databases covering Europe, Brazil, Latin America, North America, and more, with ongoing updates to serve customers worldwide.

Comprehensive Measurement Parameters

Ground test mode covers camber, caster, KPI, toe, setback, thrust angle, rear axle yaw, wheel deviation, and axis deviation. Lift test mode supports all six basic parameters. Precision is ±2′ for toe and camber, ±6′ for caster and KPI, and ±2mm for track width difference and axle distance.
